MANILA – Focusing on its purpose of helping make the world healthier and happier, premier global nutrition company, Herbalife, announced that it is launching its Asia-Pacific Wellness Tour in the Philippines this month. Apart from the Philippines, the tour will be held in Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand.
During the Tour, Herbalife Nutrition fitness experts and members of the Herbalife Nutrition Advisory Board (NAB) will share their expertise on a variety of health-related topics, with a focus on the importance of a healthy breakfast.

Dr. Chin-Ku Wang’s expertise lies in the field of nutrition and metabolism. He will discuss key findings of Herbalife’s Asia Pacific Healthy Breakfast survey, and insights drawn from the Philippine’s results in the survey. In addition, he will explain how breakfast can impact one’s metabolism, and what comprises a healthy breakfast and its role is in an individual’s fitness journey.
Dr. Wang has been a member of the Herbalife NAB since 2013. His research has focused on human metabolism and the clinical evaluation of nutritional supplements, nutraceuticals, functional foods, and herbs. He is a former president and current professor of the Chung Shan Medical University in Taiwan. He is also an honorary member of the Nutrition Society of Taiwan; council member of the Federation Association of Asian Nutrition Societies; president of the International Society for Nutraceuticals and Functional Foods; and visiting professor at the Tokyo Medical University.
