DOH-7 lists Accepted HRH workers for June to December 2019

Department of Health Center for Health Development in Region 7 released the list of accepted applicants who will be deployed under Human Resource for Health (HRH) program for 2nd half of the year.

In Central Visayas, medical workers such as nurses, midwives, dentists, medical technologists, pharmacists will be sent to rural health units and poor communities under the HRH Deployment Program 2019.

DOH has placed these health workers under PS-Contractual items for them to receive Magna Carta benefits, aside from the salary under the SSL 4th tranche.

Contract period will be from June 1 to December 31, 2019.

If you are one of those who applied last year and still waiting for deployment, check your names on the attached links below. Also, there are requirements you need to submit on or before May 30, 2019.

List of Accepted HRH

a. Nurse Deployment Project

b. Rural Health Midwives Placement Program

c. Dentist Deployment Project

d. Medical Technologist Deployment Project

e. Pharmacist Deployment Project


Accepted applicants are required to submit the following requirements on or before 30 May 2019:

A. Three (3) Sets of Accomplished and Notarized Personal Data Sheet (PDS)
a. Three (3) sets of Work Experience Sheet
B. Two (2) copies of Notarized SALN
C. Three (3) Sets of Original Copy of Authenticated Certificate of PRC ID/ License
D. NBI Clearance
E. Medical Certificate (CBC, Urinalysis, Chest X-Ray, Drug Test)
a. To be signed by a government physician
F. Two (2) Copies of TOR
G. Training Certificates
H. Pag-ibig Enrollment Form with MID No.
I. PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
a. Marriage Certificate for Married (Photocopy)
J. One (1) Long Folder (Do Not Label)

DOH CHD 7 also announced that they will post list of nutritionist-dietitians and nurses (as public health associates) which will be under Job Order status, so we’ll keep on the watch for that.
