DOH Caraga Region accepts HRH Deployment Program 2018 application

Department of Health Regional Regional Office XIII (DOH RO-13) in Caraga Region announces the start of hiring of health professionals for Human Resource for Health (HRH) Deployment Program 2018.

The Caraga Region comprises of five provinces of Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur and Dinagat Islands, with six cities: Bayugan, Bislig, Butuan, Cabadbaran, Surigao and Tandag and 67 municipalities. DOH Regional Office is in Butuan City, the regional administrative center.

DOH RO XIII said that nurses, midwives, medical technologists, dentists, doctors and graduates of any 4-year health related courses are needed under the following DEPLOYMENT PROGRAMS/PROJECTS for the Calendar Year 2018:
1. PHYSICIAN AUGMENTATION DEPLOYMENT PROJECT (PADP)
2. UHC IMPLEMENTERS DEPLOYMENT PROJECT (UHCIDP)
3. NURSE DEPLOYMENT PROJECT (NDP)
4. RURAL HEALTH MIDWIVES PLACEMENT PROGRAM (RHMPP)
5. DENTIST DEPLOYMENT PROJECT (DDP)
6. MEDICAL TECHNOLOGISTS DEPLOYMENT PROJECT (MTDP)
7. PHARMACIST DEPLOYMENT PROJECT (PDP)
8. PUBLIC HEALTH ASSOCIATE DEPLOYMENT PROJECT (PHADP)
9. FAMILY HEALTH ASSOCIATE DEPLOYMENT PROJECT (FHADP)

DOH Deployment Programs is the recruitment of health workers to be assigned in grassroots level to promote effective
and efficient health service delivery to the the marginalized, vulnerable and disadvantaged population of the country. Around 25,000 health workers will be deployed from January to December 2018, and will get higher pay as Salary Standardization Law 3rd Tranche will be applied to them.

Requirements

1. Duly accomplished Deployment Program/Project Application Form (downloadable at https://www.facebook.com/dohhrdmu13/ or available at the DOH Regional Office.

2. Application letter addressed to:

3. Photocopy of Updated PRC License (for Nurses, Midwives, Dentists, Medical Technologists, Pharmacists and Doctors)

4. Photocopy of PRC Board Rating

5. Authenticated Copy of Transcript of Records (for new registrants/ applicants)

6. Certified True Copy of Diploma of the 4- year health related course (For PHA applicants only)

7. Photocopy of Certificate of Trainings/Seminars attended




Deadline for submission of all applicants will be on November 10, 2017.

Applicants with no attached photocopy of PRC License & Certified True Copy of Diploma (for PHAs) will not be entertained. Schedule of the qualifying exam will be on November 16-29, 2017.
