NDP 2017: NCR application and requirements

Department of Health in National Capital Region (DOH-NCR) has opened the application for Nurse Deployment Project (NDP) as part of Human Resources for Health (HRH) Deployment Program for calendar year 2017.

HRH Deployment Programs which also include Rural Health Midwives Placement Program (RHMPP), Medical Technologists Deployment Project (MTDP), and Public Health Associates Deployment Project (PHADP) is the DOH's project which deploys healthcare professionals to grassroots level.

Application period for NCR applicants will be from November 11, 2016 to November 18, 2016.

Application Requirements – NDP, RHMPP, MTDP

Letter of Application (addressed to the Head of Agency)
ARIEL I. VALENCIA, MD, MPH, CESO III
Director IV
Updated Curriculum Vitae with recent picture
Photocopy of Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license. (with at least one (1) year of validity)

Application Requirements – PHADP

Must be a graduate of any four (4) year health allied course
Photocopy of College Diploma and Transcript of Records
Letter of Application (addressed to the Head of Agency)
