2016 NLE Schedule, Application Deadline

Nursing graduates who wanted to take the Nurse Licensure Examination (NLE) this year have 2 schedules to choose from, as PRC Board of Nursing posted the test dates of board examination this 2016. Check the schedule below, plus the application requirements and deadlines.



PRC issued Board Resolution No. 2015-948 posted November 4, 2015 official Schedule of Licensure Examination for Year 2016, which includes deadlines for filing of application and target dates for release of results.

The Resolution was signed by Acting Chair Angeline T. Chua and Commissioner Yolanda D. Reyes. Here are the schedule:

NLE Schedule 2016

1st Batch: June 5 and 6, 2016
Deadline for Filing of Applications - Repeaters: April 13, 2016; First timers: April 20, 2016
Target Date of Results: July 5, 2016

2nd Batch: November 26 and 27, 2016
Deadline for Filing of Applications - Repeaters: Oct. 11, 2016; First timers: Oct. 17, 2016
Target Date of Results: January 8, 2017

Test Venues: Manila, Bacolod, Baguio, Cabanatuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Dagupan, Davao, Iloilo, Laoag, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

NLE Requirements for First Timers

1. Duly accomplished Nurses’ Application Form (NAF)
2. NSO Documents (both original and photocopy)
a. Birth Certificate
b. Marriage Contract (for female married first timers)

3. TOR with the following indications:
a. Degree/course (For graduates of New Schools / Degree / Programs, School Recognition and/or Permit to Operate should be submitted)
b. Exact date of graduation
c. Special (S.O.) / exemption / accreditation / deregulation status (For graduates of any government schools and institutions / programs accredited by recognized accrediting agencies under the FAAP, S.O. is an exemption)
d. Scanned picture
e. “FOR BOARD EXAMINATION PURPOSES ONLY” remarks.

b. Summary of RLE

5. Examination Fee
a. Baccalaureate Degree: P900
b. Non-Baccalaureate Degree: P600
c. Removal: P450

6. Other Requirements
a. 4 pcs passport pictures in white background with complete name tag
b. 1 pc window mailing envelope with metered postage stamp
c. Current Community Tax Certificate (cedula)
