NDP 2016: Region 4-A Application

Department of Health Regional Office 4A in Calabarzon area has posted the acceptance of application for 2016 Nurse Deployment Project (NDP). Check the schedule and other details below.



DOH RO4-A covers the provinces of Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon. A total of 1,394 contract of service NDPs will be hired and deployed to rural health units and birthing homes in Calabarzon.

Accepted NDP nurses will be given P26,878 monthly salary.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid PRC license
• Preferably with extensive background in public health
• Physically and mentally fit
• Not over 40 years of age
• Health advocate (preference shall be given to non-smokers, volunteer blood donors and health advocate)
• With excellent communication skills
• With computer skills

1. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
2. Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute, with at least 90% accuracy

• Willing to travel in Region 4A

Requirements

Interested applicants shall submit the 4 sets of the following to the Personnel Section:

• Application Letter addressed to OIC-Director IV, CORAZON I. FLORES, MD, MPHC, CESO IV
• Resume/Curriculum Vitae/Personal Data sheet with one original picture
• Photocopy of diploma/Transcript of Record
• Photocopy of PRC ID/Board Rating exam result
• Photocopies of Certificate of Employment or trainings attended if any
