DOH RO3 in Central Luzon covers the provinces of Aurora, Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac, and Zambales. In an advisory posted online, Regional Office 3 needs new applicants for the Human Resources for Health Deployment Program, namely:
- Physicians/UHC Implementers
- Dentist Deployment Program
- Nurse Deployment Program
- Medical Technologist Deployment Program
- Public Health Associate Deployment Program
- Rural Health Midwife Placement Program
Application form is available at DOH Regional Office 3, or downloadable at chd3.doh.gov.ph or HERE.
Submission of applications is on or before November 27, 2015 at DOH Regional Office 3 or at different Provincial Health Offices. Schedule of examination will be advised accordingly. Those who already took previous qualifying exam need not take another one.
For those HRH who are currently employed at the DOH RO3, kindly submit your application form only to your respective DOH Provincial Offices.
