NDP 2016: Region 10 Application and exam details

Department of Health - Regional Office 10 in Cagayan de Oro City announces the hiring of nurses for Nurse Deployment Project 2016, and other health professionals to be deployed in the region. Check the details below.



Regional Office 10 covers the provinces of Misamis Oriental and Occidental, Lanao del Norte, Bukidnon and Camiguin.

DOH posted that the Human Resource for Health Deployment Program is in need of the following for Calendar Year 2016:

• UHC Implementers - Doctor
• Nurse Deployment Project (NDP) - Licensed/Registered by PRC
• Rural Health Midwives Placement Program (RHMPP) - Licensed/Registered by PRC, 1 year related experience
• Dentists Deployment Program (DDP) - Licensed/Registered by PRC, 1 year related experience
• Medical Technologists Deployment Project (MTDP) - Licensed/Registered by PRC, 1 year related experience
• Public Health Associates Deployment Project (PHADP) - Licensed/Registered Nurse by PRC

Accepted HRH shall be assigned in Rural Health Units, Birthing Homes and Barangay Health Stations giving preference to 5th and 6th Class Municipalities and GIDA Areas.

• Personal Data Sheet (Civil Service Form 212)
• Photocopy of PRC ID and PRC Certificate
• Photocopy of Diploma and Transcript of Records
• Photocopy of Certificate of Trainings Attended
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate
• Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
• NBI Clearance
• Medical Certificate (complied upon acceptance prior to contract signing)

REMINDERS:

• Applicants for NDP and RHMPP must wear a complete white uniform or type “A”.
• Applicants for UHC Implementers, MTDP, DDP, PHADP must wear a modest casual attire.
• All applicants must come 30 minutes before the time of examination and shall proceed to the assigned room.
• Use of black ball pen is required.
