NDP 2016: NCR Application details

Department of Health - National Capital Regional Office has announced the acceptance of application of nurses for NDP 2016. DOH-NCRO is also hiring midwives, medical technologists and public health associates.



Submission of application for HRH Deployment Program such as Nurse Deployment Project (NDP), Rural Health Midwives Placement Program (RHMPP), Medical Technologists Deployment Project (MTDP), and Public Health Associates Deployment Project (PHADP) will be from November 12, 2015 to November 30, 2015.

Letter of Application (addressed to the Head of Agency) Director IV
Updated Curriculum Vitae with recent ID picture
Duly accomplished Application Form

• Triplicate copies
• With 3 pcs. 1×1 ID picture

Photocopy of official and validated Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license.

PHADP Requirements

Must be a Graduate of any four (4) year health related course
Certified True Copy of diploma
Letter of Application (addressed to the Head of Agency) Director IV
Updated Curriculum Vitae with recent ID picture
Duly accomplished Application Form

• With 3 pcs. 1×1 ID picture
